Different perspective for Daily routine

How could we spent our day? Every person have different perspective for the same. In my opinion, we must spent a day which makes us happy but it should also comprises of certain things which are very important to be done by following certain time tables and schedules.

A person could themself decides their acts and events which makes them feel happy and contented. It should be decided by one what are their choices but this doensn't imply to live the life in an indisciplined manner. One should always be disciplined and should always do their course of actions in a controlled way. There are certain laws of our life which could not be neglected and ignored. Habits like Punctuality, Discipline, get up early in thee morning, proper sleep in thee night, worshipping god, respecting elders, loving youngers, physical exercise, proper healthy meals, personal hygeine, speak politely, etc.

Different person have different perspective of living their life. Some people prefer to awake late and not following the proper schedules. And used to watch You tube on Mobile phone and playing games on laptop make them sluggish and inactive in other impoertant activities of day. In my opinion, following this type of routine is very much hazardous and results in many side effects. This type of routine make some people very joyful but someday it will result in weak relationship with others and less social networking and very less communication with the outside environment.

It is very necessary for everybody to spend their time in nature. We should go in the park or some open areas and should enjoy the nature for sometime. This will make a complete change in our life. Meditation and Yoga are some activities which makes a drastic change in us. So, according to my point of view instead of wasting our maximum time on mobile, we should give more attention to our physical activities and spending more time in nature. I believe that if we welcome these changes in our life, it will not only reduce stress and tensions in our life but also make us contented and joyful.

In today's world everbody have the perspective of giving maximum time on Mobile phones in one or the other way. Everthing in the universe have its advantages and disadvantages, so mobile phone also do have. If it has certain benefits then also have certain limitations which can be avoided if we just chasnge our daily routine and show less dependency on phones.

In the end, I want to say that everything shoud be in limits. Nothing should be less nor in excessive. Both have negative result for example excessive usage of mobile phone and less access to nature. So, every person have their own perspective of living. We must make changes in our daily routine but strict to certain habits so that we did not feel monotonous and also live healthy life. Thanks!
